Terms and conditions
When you rent a serviced corporate apartment from us, we agree on a rental period, but you can of course prolong the rental period as long as you give us notice within the agreed time frame.
The monthly fee always includes heating and water, electricity, internet and often supplies and cleaning service with changing of sheets and towels as well as broken bulbs etc.
The apartment usually has a dishwasher and sometimes a washing machine. If there is no washing machine in the apartment itself there is always a bookable facility in the building free of charge. It is usually possible to rent a parking space in a garage nearby.
The monthly fee will be charged in advance and shall usually be paid the 25th the month before. Together with the first monthly fee there will be charge for a deposit. The deposit is paid back after final inspection at the end of the rental period. Damage, hard wear and lost property will be deducted from the deposit when applicable.
All our apartments are non-smoking.
As our guest you accept to take well care of both the apartment itself with its furniture/equipment and other facilities in the building/garden that you might use. You are neither allowed to sublet the apartment nor install equipment without prior agreement with us.
